F.I.R.E. Track and Field
The F.I.R.E. purpose is to engage young people ages 7-18 in a positive experience and use track and field to promote recreation, education, leadership, community service and self-esteem. The program offers participation for the entry, intermediate and advance level athletes.

NEW LOCATION for AAU Region 6b Championship

Due to unforeseen parking congestion at Illinois Wesleyan University from the AYBT basketball tournament, this meet will be conducted at Illinois State University Track in Normal, Illinois. The closest intersection to the competition venue is College Ave. and Main St. in Normal.
Coaches should bring their coaches cards to get into the event free. Otherwise, they will be charged admission. There is no list from the various districts to verify your status. There are also a couple teams that failed to pay online as expected. Please bring cash, money order, or certified check to pick up your team packet. Personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment. No payment, no packet.
The following changes have been made as it relates to meet schedule:
1. Due to the limited number of race walkers, the 3000m Run will be run at approximately 3:30 instead of 4:15 on Friday.
2. The Triple Jump will be conducted after the Long Jump on Sunday.
