Generally held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) at the Rockford Park District-Webbs Norman Center, 401 S. Main Street, Rockford, IL 61101-1321. Public comment opportunities are offered twice during each meeting. Notice will be given if dates or locations are changed.
