To determine what citizens, who are the "owners of the District" think about current and proposed policies and to guide strategic planning for funding priorities over the next few years, the Rockford Park District contracted with Health Systems Research at the University of Illinois College of Medicine to conduct a household mail survey of District residents in June of 2008.
