2017 Fall/Winter Program Guide Now Available

The Rockford Park District Fall/Winter 2017/2018 Program Guide is available online at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org/guides, and at Park District facilities and Customer Service locations. Registration is open for most offerings featured in the Guide.

RPD guide 2017 18 Fall Winter COVERThe free 64-page Guide contains information on lessons, leagues, clinics, and workshops for all ages through March, 2018. Information is included on lesson programs for horseback riding, ice skating, and hockey, as well as a variety of other outdoor and indoor recreation and sport activities, clinics, camps, and leagues for hockey, volleyball, dodgeball, indoor golf, soccer, adult softball/baseball, youth basketball, and NFL Flag Football. Offerings for environmental education/recreation, Nicholas Conservatory adult yoga, and more are also included.

Listings for a number of new offerings are contained in the Guide, including: tot programs at Sapora Playworld, advanced training for youth figure skating and hockey, indoor drop-in adult softball, women’s indoor soccer, reverse co-ed adult indoor fall/winter volleyball league, pickleball leagues, and adult Capture the Flag.

Information on inclusion services for participants with disabilities is detailed in the Guide, as well as information on the Park District's Help Me Play fee assistance program and EZ Pay installment plan options.

Online registration is available at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org (click Registration link) for most activities; registration forms are also included in the Guide, which is also downloadable from the Park District web site. Information on accessibility, programs, sports, as well as support and adapted equipment for people with disabilities is available from Customer Service, 815-987-8800.

Customer Service locations are: UW Health Sports Factory, 305 S. Madison St. in downtown Rockford, IL, Carlson Ice Arena, Riverside and Perryville, Loves Park, IL, and Washington Park Community Center, 3617 Delaware St., Rockford, IL.
